Known as ‘The Friendly Island’, St. Martin is located in the northeastern part of the Caribbean. Home to 37 breathtaking beaches dotted along the island’s coast, with crystal clear turquoise waters and velvety sand, this is a hotspot for yachts and the place to be if you’re a beach lover. St Martin is arguably one of the most amazing and beautiful travel destinations in the world. Especially on a yacht, you’re able to explore the hidden coves and secluded bays that are only accessible by boat.

St Martin is split into a Dutch and a French side, so you will be able to experience both cultures and try their individual cuisines; you’ll find a huge variety of casual and fine dining restaurants on both sides. Some of the most popular beaches that tourists love include Orient Bay, Cupeco Beach, Pelican Beach, and Guana Bay Beach. If you’re looking for a beach to relax and unwind, head to the stunning Grand Case Beach on the French side or the picturesque Anse Marcel Beach where you’ll find an uncrowded shore, protected waters and some of the best views in the Caribbean.

Shopping is also very popular on the island, due to the discounted rates and the many chic boutique shops and markets available. Marigot is known as the bustling shopping hub on the French side, home to countless designer fashion boutiques, jewellery and perfume shops.
