We have in-depth knowledge of The Maritime Labour Convention (MLC),which became mandatory for UK flagged vessels on international voyages from 2014. It’s a strict set of rules for employing crew and lays out the standards for fair working conditions, crew welfare and safety . We have been preparing yachts for the MLC since it’s inception and can handle your MLC compliance alongside your MCA coding or as an additional add on.

We have spent many years equipping yachts, both new and used, to help get them ready for their charter life or to satisfy owners wanting the best kit onboard with none of the sourcing hassle. We can supply full MCA coding packages with everything you need to get through the compliance examination. We can advise and supply liferafts, lifejackets and all the smaller items as well. We also offer a full delivery and installation service, so you don’t need to worry about any of it. It will be ordered, delivered and installed in good time for the survey.

Keeping track of important renewal and service dates we will ensure that your safety gear and crew qualifications remain in date and compliant. We will visit your yacht annually to carry out the annual managing agent inspection and get your certificate renewed for the following season. We undertake a lot of equipment servicing in-house and can monitor timelines and quality with complete confidence.
