CNB 66 CAPTAIN and STEW/CHEF CREW COUPLE

Position: Captain & Chef/Stewardess crew couple

Yacht: Built 2018 – ran as a Private and Charter Yacht

Start date: April 2024

Salary: A salary in line with current industry salaries – depending on experience.

Flag: Malta

Location/ Programme: The Yacht is currently in Cannes, France.  In Summer 2024 the Yacht will be in the West Med and potential for Caribbean season.  The Winter maintenance location is Cap D’Agde, South Of France.

Crew Requirements: The Crew should be well natured, sporty, resourceful, have healthy habits (non-smokers).  Languages: English, Spanish and/or French, Italian speaking an advantage.  References will be required.  Visas required depending on nationality.

Captain’s Certificates: Yachtmaster offshore (sail) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equivalents.  GMDSS (STCW recognised GMDSS short range certificate), seafarers discharge book, ENG1, STCW (basic safety training), AEC 1, Power Boat Level 2.   As well as, minimum of one years relevant experience in command of similar size vessel with previous charter and private owners experience and excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge/experience servicing and maintaining onboard systems including: engine, air conditioning, water maker, generator.

Cook/Stew Certificates: STCW(basic safety training), Seafarer’s discharge book, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, Power Boat Level 2 (commercially endorsed).  The Stew/Cook should be able to cook exciting high level of food, have previous experience cooking on a Charter Yacht.  Have excellent provisioning skills, be organised and have a high standard of managing the Yacht interiors.
